        On December 27th, 2023, TEC India issued an announcement to postpone the mandatory implementation date of the third and fourth phase products of MTCTE, and extended the mandatory implementation date of 12 categories of products covered in Appendix I of the announcement from January 1st, 2024 to April 1st, 2024.

        The list of postponed products is as follows:

        The third stage product

        ★ Cellular network base station

        ★ Cellular repeater

        ★ Intelligent power instrument

        The fourth stage product

        ★ SIM card

        ★ High frequency radio

        ★ Mobile radio trunking system

        ★ VHF/UHF radio system equipment

        ★ PTP PMP microwave fixed radio system

        ★ lan switches

        ★ Router

        ★ IP security equipment

        ★ Satellite communication equipment

        For products that can accept the test report issued by ILAC-accredited overseas laboratories within 2 years, the time for accepting the report will be extended to March 31, 2024.

        In addition, on December 26, 2023, it was announced that the mandatory time for all Wi-Fi customer premise equipment (CPE) and IP routers to perform security tests was postponed from January 1, 2024 to April 1, 2024.
